Professional Experience
Research Strategy
- Own and lead research vision, strategy, and execution plans.
- Identify, define, and deliver high value research opportunities aligned with key product & design strategies, objectives, and priorities.
- Define strategic research that supports 1-5 yrs product growth strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Define tactical research that concentrates on short-term goals and quick wins such as increase engagement, acquisition, retention, current pain points, barriers to engagement, etc.
Quantitative & Qualitative Research Methodologies
- Conduct various research including: market, competitive, business analytics, ethnography, interviews, eye tracking, tree testing, card sorting, usability, concept validations, focus group, intent testing, pricing test, content testing, contextual, Ad testing, surveys, end-to-end customer journey testing, academic reports, voice of customer, and more.
Research Metrics
