Professional Experience
Product Strategy
- Define long-term strategic direction of product development, and work with key stakeholders to define product vision and objectives (to for example increase customer base, new revenue, customer value) with tactical focus on product concept innovation, product brand positioning, P&L, budgeting and pricing.
- Develop and prioritize the execution and launch plans (e.g. features deployment, marketing campaigns, sales, system development, channel development, and more) to achieve business objectives.
- Define business case and requirements (product backlog).
Product Management
- Manage long-term post product launch reviews, analyze individual product trends, identify products gaps or opportunities and develop appropriate strategies to address discontinuities.
- Manage ongoing product accuracy and updates, that product continuously reflects consistent branding, customer/user experience across all touch-points and regulatory compliance.

- Develop processes and procedures that define long-term business development models (including Start-ups) for operational activities such for product launches, marketing campaigns, project management, new product market entry, workflow processes and other day-to-day operations activities.
