Professional Experience

Design Strategy

  • Oversee enterprise & multi-channel design/overall UX vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with OKRs.
  • Develop product design business cases and present POC to senior management to secure project funding and justify design ROI.


Design Management

  • Manage ongoing design & digital technology innovation strategy using UX research/analytical/other data to identify new trends, gaps, and opportunities.


Design Planning
